ABSTRACT
The author analyzes the features of the structural adaptation of the Russian economy in the context of sanctions restrictions, increasing shocks on the supply and demand side, their crisis imbalance, taking into account the unsustainable consumption model. Decisions in the field of monetary policy and regulation of the discount rate are substantiated, which become a complex derivative of the mobility of the commodity market situation, limited availability of imports, the developing process of reassembly of production chains and import substitution, as well as the inhibition of recovery growth due to mobilization shocks, migration outflow of labor re-sources and the persistent uncertainty of the geopolitical situation in the external contour of the economy.
The tightening and expansion of sectoral sanctions against Russia in 2022 will sharply update and sharpen the key messages and conclusions of the author due to the more complex conditions of state support for sectoral import substitution programs, the need for an accelerated restructuring of production chains and a reversal of the commodity supply system of the economy from north to south and from west to east.
